Choate Construction Company seeks an MEP Specialist to provide expertise across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage, and controls systems from design through turnover.

You will collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and field teams to drive alignment, coordinate with trade partners, and support cost evaluations, scheduling, and system performance for multiple projects. Mentoring will strengthen team capability and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise across MEP systems from design through turnover.
• Ability to collaborate with preconstruction, PM, and field teams.
• Experience coordinating with trade partners on scope, sequencing, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across MEP disciplines for projects from design to turnover.
• Partner with preconstruction, project management, and field teams to align objectives and actions.
• Collaborate with trade partners to coordinate scope, sequencing, and system integration.
• Support cost evaluations, constructability reviews, value engineering, and procurement.
• Champion safety and quality, ensuring systems meet high standards and commissioning succeeds.
• Mentor and develop project teams, sharing MEP knowledge to raise capability.
• Build relationships with clients, designers, and partners to support repeat business.
