Job summary

Clune Construction Company seeks an experienced MEP Coordinator to support project teams with planning, installation, startup and commissioning of key MEP equipment. The position concentrates on Mission Critical environments and Health Care projects, coordinating the MEP model, reviewing submittals, and tracking construction progress.

The role requires advanced knowledge of MEP systems, BIM modeling, and construction management, plus ability to engage with subcontractors and vendors to close

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with large commercial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with project managers or superintendents beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM team with Preconstruction MEP information management.
• Support and schedule 3D Model coordinator for projects.
• Track MEP-related MOPs and cutover activities.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and agents.
• Process vendor startup and commissioning activities.
• Assist with organizing MEP client training.
• Provide guidance to MEP team on concepts and installation details.
