Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking an Assistant MEP Coordinator to lead the planning, installation, startup and commissioning of key MEP equipment on Mission Critical, Healthcare, and TI projects. You will coordinate MEP models, manage submittals, address MEP RFIs, and drive progress with subcontractors and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering and 2–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or Engineering was required.
• 2-5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects was expected.
• Experience with MEP coordination, BIM modeling, and construction management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP model and submittals.
• Track MEP construction progress and commissioning documentation.
• Work with subcontractors and vendors to close punch list items.
• Initiate and organize MEP client training.
• Ensure safety standards and Clune safety culture.
