Clune Construction Company, L.P. is seeking an MEP Coordinator to enhance the project team by managing planning, installation, and commissioning of MEP equipment. This role supports Mission Critical environments and offers a competitive pay range of $81,000 - $122,000.

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in MEP systems and construction management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Science.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs, control systems, process instrumentation, and/or building management systems.
• Ability to coordinate solutions to installation problems with design engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the MEP model and review MEP submittals prior to submission.
• Provide potential solutions for MEP-related RFIs.
• Track MEP construction progress and organize startup and commissioning documentation.
• Train and provide guidance to the MEP team on MEP concepts and installation details.

Skills

Advanced experience and knowledge of MEP systems

BIM modeling

Construction management

Ability to use independent judgment

Understanding of plans and specifications

Knowledgeable of construction terminology

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Science

Minimum 4 years of experience with large commercial construction projects
