Clune Construction Company in Vienna, VA is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to supplement the project team. You will organize planning, installation, startup and commissioning of key MEP equipment, with emphasis on mission-critical environments and healthcare/TI projects.

You will coordinate MEP models, review submittals, track progress, and work with subcontractors and vendors to close punch lists. A Bachelor degree in Engineering or Construction Science and at least 4 years of large

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with large commercial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with project managers and superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM team with MEP information management.
• Coordinate 3D Model coordination and MEP submittals.
• Track MEP progress and coordinate commissioning.
• Coordinate startup with vendors and commissioning agent.
