CAI seeks a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to support all mechanical aspects of commissioning projects for data centers. The role emphasizes development of test procedures, review of submittals, and coordination with vendors to ensure safe, compliant turnover to the client.

Responsibilities include safety, testing, QA/QC, reporting, and participation in customer Factory Witness Tests. Requires 2+ years of data center commissioning experience and strong communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years Data Center Commissioning experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&ID’s and specifications.
• Knowledge of mission critical design concepts.
• Knowledge of BAS/BMS, air handlers, CRAC/CRAH, sensors and flowmeters.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support all aspects of safety for mechanical tests.
• Perform commissioning and performance acceptance testing of mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Develop mechanical test procedures, MOPs, SOOs and checklists.
• QA/QC of test procedures.
• Develop reports and daily status updates for the Commissioning Project Manager.
• Attend and participate in customer Factory Witness Test.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage submittals.
• Inspect equipment for adherence to submittals.
• Provide test documentation that equipment is delivered, installed, and tested correctly.
