Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of logistics experience supporting the U.S. Government in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong verbal and written business communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Hands‑on experience with government transfer forms, such as DD1149 and DD250.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control Government property while maintaining full inventory accountability and visibility across all assets.
• Create, update, and implement logistics SOPs for asset management and risk mitigation.
• Verify property records for accuracy within the SAP database and participate in government audits.
• Conduct regular inventory sampling to validate internal controls and maintain transfer documentation.
• Support equipment shipping and receiving in line with customer instructions, procedures, and OSHA standards.
• Review complex inventory records, generate reports, and collaborate with subcontractors and customers on logistics requirements.
• Contribute to modernization efforts across DoD logistics software platforms and inventory control initiatives.
