Job summary

DC3 is seeking a Senior Inventory Management Specialist to support the Enterprise Management and Resources Directorate. You will track, control, and ensure accurate records across receiving, storage, and shipping for highly technical programs.

The role requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and a Bachelor’s or advanced degree with substantial relevant experience. Location is Linthicum, MD with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and performing logistic analysis and inventory documentation.
• Proven ability to manage property tracking tools and readiness reports according to FAR Subpart 52.245.
• Familiarity with DoD asset accountability standards and government logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office for reports and data management.

Responsibilities

• Supports DC3 ER Directorate logistics, tracking, control, and records accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records, material logs, and stock-level documentation.
• Produce receiving/shipping documentation and update government systems.
• Develop SOPs for material intake, storage, security, and distribution.
• Create, maintain, and submit quarterly materials and facility checklists.
