Job summary

Endurion is seeking an IT Systems Integration Specialist in Tampa, FL to support U.S. Special Operations Command with on‑premises and cloud IT infrastructure. The role requires initiative, teamwork, and the ability to diagnose problems with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has a broad technical background across Windows Server, AD, networking, storage, and security, and is prepared to obtain DoD TS/SCI clearance. Heavy lifting and relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires relocation to the Tampa, FL area.
• Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Two+ years of systems administration experience.
• Strong background in Windows Server administration and desktop support.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with security monitoring and Blue Team basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot stability and connectivity issues across desktop and server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.
• Handle VM management (VMware/vSphere, ESXi) and storage allocations.
• Assist with backups, recovery, and basic SAN tasks.
• Support security event monitoring and incident response.
