Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience (or equivalent)
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570.01)
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Hands-on with Windows and Linux servers and Microsoft products
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support servers, workstations, storage devices, and applications like CAVOK, Clear-Com, Minotaur, VMware, ChatSurfer, and more.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and manage end-user devices, servers, and databases.
• Work with Microsoft and RHEL servers, VMware, SIPRNet, and other classified networks.
• Resolve connectivity/outage issues and install new capabilities in operational environments.
• Apply logistics processes to ensure accountability for IT equipment.
