Job summary

INflow Federal is seeking a Project Manager to provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership for mission-critical IT projects. You will drive the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and serve as a trusted liaison with intelligence stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly is required.
• Candidate must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT projects and systems engineering tasks from initiation through delivery.
• Drive technical staff, including engineers, developers, operations teams and service lanes.
• Manage scope, schedule, milestone-based invoicing inputs, and resource allocation to meet mission milestones.
• Proactively mitigate risks, identify bottlenecks, and drive rapid solutions to ensure mission success.
