Job summary

INflow Federal seeks a Project Manager to lead mission-critical IT projects, overseeing scope, cost, schedule, and technical performance. The role directs cross-functional engineering and operations teams and coordinates with client stakeholders to ensure successful mission outcomes.

The position requires a BA/BS (or equivalent), 5+ years of PM experience, and TS/SCI with CI Poly. DoD 8140 compliance is preferred, with some travel involved to support customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects and systems engineering tasks from initiation through delivery.
• Drive technical staff and multi-disciplinary service lanes across the program lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, milestones, and resources to meet mission milestones.
• Mitigate risks proactively and resolve bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
