Job summary

BCore is seeking a Project/Implementation Manager to support the NGA mission, with preferred Springfield, VA (or St. Louis, MO). The role requires active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and offers a path to a PMP certification.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in a government/IT environment.
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility required; CI Poly is a plus.
PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership for mission-critical IT projects.
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations teams in a matrixed environment.
Engage with customer stakeholders to ensure mission success and satisfaction.
Direct resources and manage deliverables to meet milestones and quality standards.
Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive rapid resolution to prevent downtime.
