Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of IT experience including design, programming, or support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to create and manage build definitions and deployments.
• Twelve months of professional experience developing, testing or maintaining data-driven OO applications.

Responsibilities

• Participates in iterative SDLC improvements.
• Design and develop interfaces with state agencies and third parties.
• Collaborate with DevOps for controlled deployments of updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex applications and data issues.
• Ensure application security and privacy requirements are met.
• Monitor health and functionality of applications and respond to issues.
• Embrace agile software development principles and values.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, .NET MVC and REST APIs.
• Mentor and coach less-senior developers.
• Perform complex system testing steps and create unit test projects.
