Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in Washington, DC is seeking a .NET-focused developer to maintain mission-critical web apps on an Oracle database. You will own code, propose improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile setting.

The role requires onsite work five days a week, a active Top Secret clearance, and prior production-environment database and .NET experience. You will work with Git/GitLab/GitHub and deployment pipelines, and you will document legacy data dictionaries.

Qualifications

• onsite presence in downtown DC 5 days per week.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Previous work experience with databases in a Production Environment.
• Previous work experience with .NET.
• Proven understanding of version control and deployment pipelines: Git, GitLab, GitHub, Git Actions, SVN.
• Clear written and verbal communications skills (English).
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes DDL and DML statements
• Correct bugs and handle production support for the applications
• Implement enhancements for the applications
• Manage version control for the existing team
• Work and report within an Agile Framework
• Create documentation for legacy applications, such as data dictionaries
