Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced ISSO Security Analyst to coordinate RMF steps and ATO activities for USMC information systems. You will develop and maintain security documentation, identify risks, and work with stakeholders to drive secure deployments from acquisition through decommission.

Requirements include 6+ years in IT/IA, NIST SP 800-53 and RMF experience, and DoD 8570 IAM II certification. Secret clearance is required; hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT and IA experience.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-53 controls and RMF.
• Experience documenting security artifacts and POA&Ms.
• Ability to translate security concepts into implementable solutions.
• DoD 8570 IAM II level certifications or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive RMF steps and ATO activities across systems.
• Prepare and maintain detailed security documentation for IT systems.
• Collaborate with USMC ISO, ISSO, site managers and stakeholders to mitigate risks.
