Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an ISSO Security Analyst to coordinate RMF steps 0–6 for USMC IT systems, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain comprehensive security documentation. The role requires collaboration with ISO, ISSO, site managers, and stakeholders to ensure secure lifecycle deployment from acquisition to decommission.

Applicants should have 6+ years IT/IA experience, NIST SP 800-53 familiarity, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years IT/IA experience.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and security artifacts.
• Experience delivering RMF steps, ATOs, and POA&M artifacts.
• Experience planning secure product installations per agency policies.
• Experience analyzing authorization documents and identifying gaps.
• Experience with eMASS, ACAS, STIGs and Evaluate-STIG.
• Ability to organize large data across multiple systems.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• CAP/CISSP/CASP/CISM/GSLC certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive RMF steps 0–6 and ATO activities for USMC IT systems.
• Identify and mitigate security risks; escalate to leadership.
• Maintain detailed security documentation and ensure compliance across lifecycle.
• Translate security concepts into actionable deployment recommendations.
