Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in Honolulu to own full lifecycle authorization for one or more systems. You will manage RMF categorization, control selection, assessment, and continuous monitoring while guiding a team of ISSOs and coordinating with AO, AODR, and SCAs.

The role requires strong DoD RMF expertise, experience with eMASS, and the ability to communicate risk to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, information assurance, or IT security operations.
• Experience as ISSM/ISSO or RMF authorization role on DoD/DoW systems.
• Experience with RMF steps 1-6 and Continuous Monitoring, including eMASS artifacts and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMF end-to-end: categorize systems, select controls, authorize, and monitor.
• Supervise ISSOs and consolidate control packages for AO/SCAs.
• Coordinate with AO, AODR, SCA and leadership to resolve findings and manage POA&Ms.
