HARLEY ELLIS DEVERAUX (HED) is seeking an ICT Engineer - Mission Critical to join our ICT team. The ICT Level Engineer contributes advanced technical expertise to the design and coordination of information and communication technology systems on complex projects.

Operating with limited guidance, this role produces ICT design deliverables, resolves cross-discipline issues, and supports client communication. The position offers a hybrid work model in the Boston area and opportunities to mentor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
RCDD certification required.
2–5 years ICT or low-voltage design experience in the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

Develop ICT system designs for complex projects with limited supervision.
Manage Revit models and low-voltage views for deliverables.
Perform calculations for cabling distances, voltage drops, and equipment loads.
Resolve cross-discipline coordination with architects, structural, civil engineers.
Support site visits, field reports, punch lists, and construction administration.
Contribute to QA/QC and project standards compliance.
Mentor junior staff and assist in client meetings.
Assist in proposals and scoping with technical input.
