Leidos is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to support the availability, reliability, and operational integrity of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) / SCADA that underpin critical infrastructure and mission-critical facilities environments.

The role is hands-on, requires strong ICS experience, and involves coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC teams to ensure uptime across multiple technical domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting Industrial Control Systems in high-availability or mission-critical environments.
• Strong background integrating mechanical, electrical, or HVAC with ICS platforms.
• Experience creating and delivering technical training on uptime and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, operation, and monitoring of ICS/SCADA systems.
• Perform diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and rapid troubleshooting of malfunctions.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC teams for proper integration.
• Interpret drawings and specs to validate system design and implementation.
• Develop and deliver field staff training on reliability and incident response.
