Qualifications
- 5+ years HVAC service experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
- Experience in commercial or industrial environments, data-center exposure preferred.
- EPA Certification is required.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain safety procedures and compliance in high-responsibility settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems in data centers.
- Service CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers, and related controls.
- Monitor alarms and ensure minimal downtime with rapid issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issues.
- Document service activities, maintenance logs, and system performance accurately.
