Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. at Fort Huachuca, AZ, seeks a Full Stack Computer Scientist/Database Administrator to develop, maintain, and modernize mission-critical applications and databases, combining .NET, C#, and SQL against government systems.

The role requires US citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance; relocation is available for non-remote work, with opportunities to contribute to cybersecurity compliance and RMF.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• IAT Level II Certification per DoD 8570/8140.
• Ten (10+) years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least five (5+) years in design and support of IT systems.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework/.NET Core, MVC, and C# for enterprise apps.
• Experience administering and tuning Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux/UNIX in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure PaaS cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes, system integration, testing, and documentation.
• Experience implementing RMF and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications and databases per SDP/SRS requirements.
• Coordinate with the Government Task Lead to review requirements and approve designs.
• Perform analysis, troubleshooting, bug resolution, and performance improvements with CM processes.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate security and functionality.
• Support deployment activities including staging tests and issue reporting.
• Administer databases, backups, upgrades, and reporting.
• Implement security, RMF, and accreditation changes.
• Schedule and upgrade development tools per government timelines.
• Provide after-hours support and status updates to stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with Government leads and stakeholders as required.
