Link Solutions, Inc. seeks a Full Stack Computer Scientist/Database Administrator to support the U.S. Army IS EC at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The role blends full-stack development and database admin, ensuring secure, high-availability enterprise solutions.

Required: US citizenship, active DoD Secret clearance, IAT II or higher, 10+ years experience (or 5+ with a degree) in .NET, SQL Server/Oracle, and RMF security. Relocation support and competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Must have IAT Level II Certification or equivalent per DoD 8570/8140.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree in CS/SE.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise apps using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications and databases.
• Coordinate with Government Task Lead to review requirements and designs.
• Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements with CM processes.
• Conduct unit, integration, and acceptance testing for security and compliance.
• Support deployment activities, staging tests, and issue reporting.
• Administer and optimize MS SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Implement RMF-based security controls and compliance activities.
• Upgrade websites, frameworks, and tools per government schedules.
• Provide after-hours support and status updates to stakeholders.
