Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Computer Scientist/Database Administrator (Intermediate-Level) to support the U.S. Army IS&E Command at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

The position blends full-stack development, database administration, systems integration, and cybersecurity compliance to deliver secure, enterprise-grade solutions. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens with an active DoD Secret Clearance and hands-on experience with .NET, SQL Server/Oracle, Windows/Linux, and Azure.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• IAT Level II Certification or higher per DoD 8570/8140.
• Ten+ years of relevant experience or a related Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience.
• Experience with .NET technologies, SQL Server/Oracle, Windows/Linux, and Azure.
• Knowledge of SDLC, RMF, security compliance, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and databases per SDP/SRS documentation.
• Coordinate with Government Task Lead on requirements and design approvals.
• Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and performance improvements with CM tracking.
• Conduct testing (unit/integration/regression/UAT) and assist deployment activities.
• Provide RMF/compliance changes and upgrade software, databases, and tools.
