Job summary

ConductorAI Corporation is seeking a Field Service Representative contractor to partner with Customer and Engineering teams and deploy the Conduit platform for complex challenges. You will train analysts, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption of innovative solutions globally.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration 4-5 days per week, working in or supporting classified environments, and giving actionable user feedback to improve the product and workflows.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire; CI polygraph preferred but not required.
• US citizenship required by applicable federal law; green card holders not eligible.
• Experience configuring software platforms in support of operational processes.
• Technical background with software configuration, classified networks, and server administration.
• Familiarity with large language models and advanced prompting techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to work on-site with customer users 4-5 days per week.
• Experience working in or supporting classified environments.
• Familiarity with help desk or technical support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts.
• Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators.
• Support users and teams by addressing inquiries and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
• Provide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product.
