Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, seeks a Mission Critical Field Service Supervisor to lead field engineers on data center projects and BAS installations. You will oversee field execution, planning, and commissioning, driving reliability and performance in critical facilities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HVAC/building automation, strong leadership, and experience with BAS platforms. This role is on-site across Virginia data centers, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Mission Critical Experience. Direct involvement supporting large-scale data center and mission critical facilities where building automation systems are integral to operational reliability, energy optimization, and continuous uptime. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Engineers.
• Coordinate field execution for mission critical and data center projects.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC, Construction or building automation and controls industry
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
• Ability to travel regionally with an occasional overnight stay.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience interacting with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines.
• Building automation and controls experience with Automated Logic or similar BAS platforms.
• Experience supporting data centers, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other high-availability facilities.
• Knowledge of chilled water systems, critical cooling applications, and facility operations.
• Experience working under formal change management and outage planning processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
