As a Mission Critical Field Service Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of Field Engineers responsible for delivering high-quality building automation solutions within data centers and other critical environments where uptime, reliability, and operational continuity are essential. You will partner with Project Managers, customers, and trade partners to safely execute projects, coordinate resources, maintain schedules, and ensure technical excellence across all phases of project delivery.

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
