Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to support operation, maintenance, sustainment, and modernization of critical facilities in Springfield, Virginia. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

You will lead facility operations, manage maintenance programs, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and oversee projects from planning through closeout to ensure secure, compliant, and mission-ready infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of facilities management, infrastructure operations, or related experience.
• Experience in secure or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and utility infra.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractor teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, repair, and sustainment of facility systems.
• Manage service requests and work orders from initiation to completion.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and deferred maintenance programs.
• Coordinate outage planning to minimize disruption to operations.
• Direct lifecycle planning and asset management initiatives.
• Manage projects through full lifecycle: requirements, planning, design review, construction, testing, and closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and performance metrics for projects.
• Monitor contractor performance for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Serve as liaison among government representatives, occupants, O&M personnel, architects, engineers, and contractors.
