Job summary

InterImage, Inc. seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and automate complex distributed systems across cloud and virtualized environments. You will drive CI/CD pipelines, IaC scripts, and containerized deployments to modernize mission-critical reporting and dissemination capabilities.

You will work closely with developers and operations teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security while supporting on-call rotations and fast-paced production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Linux in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on AWS cloud services, VM management, and hybrid infrastructure."
• Strong Docker Swarm and Docker Compose experience.
• Experience deploying and maintaining distributed web applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD).
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible playbooks/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain mission-critical applications for the RAD platform.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery.
• Provision and manage cloud/virtual infrastructure using IaC methods.
• Develop and maintain Terraform and Ansible automation scripts.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Linux servers and environments.
• Monitor system health and availability to meet operational requirements.
• Investigate and resolve application, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Support containerized deployments using Docker Swarm, Docker Compose, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and architects on modernization efforts.
• Implement security best practices, patch management, and system hardening.
