Job summary

Tactibit Technologies LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support mission-critical systems and collaborate with operations teams to modernize legacy architectures.

You will automate business processes, migrate to the cloud, and containerize applications to improve scalability and reliability across mixed Linux and Windows environments. The role emphasizes IaC, CI/CD, and monitoring with TIG stack, in an agile federal-facing environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of software development/engineering experience.
• Experience supporting federal government mission environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations teams to understand current processes and pain points and propose modernization strategies.
• Develop solutions that automate manual business processes and streamline operations.
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions in AWS environments.
• Leverage IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management to ensure efficient deployment and scalability.
• Deploy applications in containerized environments (Docker) and work across Linux and Windows environments.
• Design and implement monitoring using TIG stack (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana).
• Work in agile environments, participating in sprints and iterative development.
