Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to manage and optimize schedules for data center and mission-critical facility projects. The role requires 5+ years in construction scheduling, with at least 2 years on data center work, and proficiency with BIM and Procore.

Strong communication and the ability to perform under tight deadlines are essential. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and a scheduling certification (PMI-SP or PSP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, with at least 2 years on data center or mission-critical facility projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, phases, and typical sequencing, especially in MEP-intensive environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with BIM, Procore, or other construction management tools.
• Scheduling certification (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE PSP) is a plus.
