Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on mission critical or data center builds.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex projects with demanding schedules and technical requirements.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of mission critical construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop and execute project plans, including schedule, budget, safety, procurement, and quality control.
• Oversee MEP startup, pretesting, and commissioning activities.
