Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors in Temple, Texas, seeks a Project Manager for data center and mission critical construction. You will lead day‑to‑day project execution, focusing on MEP coordination, scheduling, and quality control while directing field teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial construction with mission critical or data center exposure, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of commercial construction, with mission critical or data center exposure preferred.
• Experience with MEP coordination, commissioning processes, and technical coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for mission critical facilities from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, procurement logs, and coordination plans.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring milestones and standards are met.
• Support MEP coordination, track submittals, RFIs, and system integration.
• Participate in commissioning, startup, and turnover with third‑party agents.
• Prepare and conduct MOP meetings for live facility work.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams on budgets and execution.
• Monitor progress and communicate with leadership and clients.
• Foster relationships with owners, subs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Promote safety standards per OSHA and company policies.
• Ensure all project documentation and closeout materials are completed.
