Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Construction Project Executive to lead mission-critical data center projects in the Atlanta area. You will shape project strategy, oversee budgets, schedules, and teams, and drive business development while ensuring profitability.

The role requires on-site presence, strong leadership, and a track record in data center construction, with proficiency in Procore, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years of mission critical and data center project management experience.
• Proven track record in client satisfaction, profitability, safety and quality.
• Strong leadership experience managing project teams.
• Expertise in project execution, cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Preferred Procore Construction Management certification.
• Working knowledge of design/drawing software listed (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools).

Responsibilities

• Oversee mission critical data center projects in the Atlanta, GA area.
• Attend on-site meetings and supervise project staff with real-time feedback.
• Coordinate staffing across projects and oversee on-site teams.
• Support business development through client presentations and proposals.
• Develop execution plans and manage project budgets, costs, schedules, and reporting.
• Lead project meetings, site logistics, quality inspections, and closeout.
• Approve subcontractor/vendor bids and project expenses.
• Promote safety programs through site visits and coaching.
