Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead planning, monitoring, and management of strategic projects from inception to completion.

The role secures resources, manages budgets and risk, and ensures profitability while guiding teams across MV duct banks, substations, and campus distribution systems. The ideal candidate brings extensive project management experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading complex infrastructure projects for data centers

Qualifications

10+ years of related experience
Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data center
Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)
Ability to travel 50% to project sites across the US
Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and manage strategic projects/programs from inception through completion
Secure required resources, manage budgets, risk, and changes
Ensure project success and profitability within the region
Provide direction and leadership with strong verbal and written communication
