Jobot is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in St. Louis to lead preconstruction for high-profile data center projects. You’ll shape concepts, run digital takeoffs, build budgets, and coordinate with subs and stakeholders to ensure peak uptime and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in estimating/bidding, a civil/engineering background, and strong Excel/PlanSwift skills. Join a national contractor delivering turnkey preconstruction excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, architectural or construction), construction management or related field
• 5+ years of estimating and bidding experience and/or turnkey project management in Mission Critical/Data Centers
• Proven ability to successfully lead estimates and bids of mission critical construction projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Knowledge of PlanSwift, iSqft, Bluebeam preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Review project documents at conceptual and schematic level
• Execute digital takeoffs for data center infrastructure
• Prepare internal estimates based on historical data
• Identify value engineering opportunities
• Prepare proposal information for clients
• Produce budgets from conceptual design through final estimates
