Job summary

Yondr Group seeks an experienced HSE Lead for its Aldie, VA data center campus. You will provide day-to-day HSE leadership, assurance, and technical guidance while supporting Operations in a safe, reliable environment.

You will implement the HSE management system locally and coordinate with regional/global programs. You will manage risk across campus activities, lead investigations, deliver inductions and training, and ensure compliance with federal and Virginia requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in EHS, eng or related field.
• 5+ years in an EHS role, preferably in data centers, facilities or contractor management.
• Experience with electrical safety, hazardous energy control/LOTO, and permits to work.
• Ability to influence safe work practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal and Virginia regulations and NFPA 70E/B.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership and assurance across campus operations with contractors.
• Verify risk controls and manage critical risk activities and inductions.
• Lead incident investigations and translate lessons into improvements.
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, training and maintain records.
• Support audits and interface with client stakeholders on site.
