Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in HSE, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Industry certifications such as CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30-Hour or equivalents are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental programs for data center facilities.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across 24/7 operations and with external contractors.
• Review and refine HSE playbooks, RAMS, and emergency response plans.
• Identify and mitigate high-risk hazards specific to data centers (e.g., arc flash, electrical hazards, LOTO).
• Investigate injuries, illnesses, and near-misses and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, local codes) across the portfolio.
• Partner with Facilities Engineering and Mission Critical teams to maintain uptime while ensuring safety.
• Conduct facility audits and communicate findings to site managers.
