Job summary

CyberCoders Minneapolis seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for mission-critical and data center projects. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, and controls trades, drive scheduling, and ensure uptime and safety commitments are met.

You will coordinate commissioning activities, review test plans, and maintain site documentation while communicating with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mission-critical/data center projects on-site.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, electrical diagrams and installation instructions.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate multi-trade installs and lead commissioning.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving under schedule pressure.
• OSHA safety awareness and site safety program adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for mission-critical/data center projects to meet uptime and safety goals.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls and commissioning trades and ensure proper sequencing.
• Manage on-site schedule, resolve conflicts, and drive recovery plans to milestones.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for clients, vendors and commissioning agents with status updates.
• Oversee quality control, witness tests, and close punch lists for critical systems.
• Enforce OSHA safety programs, conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance.
• Review drawings, submittals and RFIs; provide field input for change orders.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports and turnover documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to protect uptime and access.
• Collaborate with management and design teams for constructability improvements.
