Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Data Center Operations professional in Dublin, OH, to oversee mission critical facilities supporting 24x7 uptime. You will manage site infrastructure, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of power, cooling, and related systems.

The role requires hands-on electrical/mechanical capability, on-call readiness, and the ability to work in a high-security data center environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in mission critical facilities or equivalent.
• Experience with UPS, HVAC and fire/life safety systems preferred.
• Ability to work at heights in a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand site items and document system one-lines with accuracy.
• Maintain incident reports and SOPs; supervise maintenance events.
• Oversee construction activities and site changes (MOPs).
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems; respond to incidents.
• Perform rounds, detect anomalies, and improve procedures.
• Develop knowledge of local customer operations and datacenter needs.
