Job summary

Serco is seeking a Data Analyst to support Army Sustainment Command through analytical methods, modelling, and data-driven recommendations. You will work with the GLASS team on complex problems across logistics and defense systems.

You will develop analytics, dashboards, and reports, collaborating with software offices and contractors to deliver actionable insights that improve readiness and efficiency for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 1 year of experience on a data science team.
• Experience with Python/Java and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis to produce algorithms and business process recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve materiel readiness with feasible software and process improvements.
• Develop analytics and process solution sets with cost-effective approaches.
• Create use cases and documentation for technology insertion into defense logistics software.
• Interface with software program offices and contractors.
