Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to join the GLASS team supporting Army Sustainment Command (ASC) in CONUS and OCONUS locations, including Poland.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship. You will develop and manage LOGCAP contract data packets, provide expert recommendations, and coordinate with government and contractor teams to ensure compliant, timely support.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Army logistics or 10 years with HS diploma.
• 5 years of experience with pre-award procurement activities (requirements analysis, PWS revisions, procurement/project planning/management, monitoring procurement).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Travel up to 10% to remote locations for site surveys.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets (technical data, exhibits, diagrams); screen for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide recommendations to Branch Chief and requiring activity.
• Provide status reports and updates to the Government on all requirements, current and emerging.
• Provide technical assistance, training, and information to customers and Government staff on requirements packet generation, reviews, validation, and schedules.
• Review contractor estimates/proposals for PPRs and change proposals on service contracts.
• Monitor theater logistical priorities via daily operations and staff meetings.
• Possibly lead portions of meetings in support of logistics to requiring activity.
• Maintain liaison with requiring activities, contractors, contracting officials and PMO.
• Analyze contractor’s monthly workload for past quarter and projections for future quarters.
• Review projections and consider troop surge or seasonal adjustments not reflected in data reports.
• Prepare monitoring reports, briefings, and information papers on schedules, metrics, LOTDs, and COPs.
• Recommend changes to operations requirements and PWS revisions.
• Research emerging missions, policies, and regulations.
