Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Mission Control Specialist – Part Templating Lead to own the quality, consistency, and throughput of part templating across our Mission Control team. In this hybrid individual-contributor and team-lead role, you will do hands-on templating work while also establishing team standards, managing project schedules, and onboarding new team members.

You will be the key driver behind making our templating operations repeatable, scalable, and aligned with fast-moving customer

Qualifications

• Experience in part templating and related robotics manufacturing disciplines.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage schedules, onboard team members, and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain documentation covering templating standards and workflows.
• Monitor output for consistency and coach team members to eliminate drift.
• Build and manage the templating schedule, balancing capacity and deadlines.
• Assign daily/weekly templating tasks and reprioritize as needed.
• Onboard and train new team members on tools and quality expectations.
• Provide feedback during ramp-up to enable independent operation.
• Balance hands-on templating with leadership and process refinement.
