Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a candidate for an Operational Effectiveness Consulting role in the United States. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and extensive experience in evaluating internal controls and regulatory compliance within a national security context.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, training, and guidance across departments while monitoring evolving laws and regulations to drive process improvements and conformance.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 10+ years evaluating internal controls, supporting regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements for mission activities within Intel/National Security environment or Master’s with 5+ years of relevant experience.

What You Will Do

Candidate will perform services to ensure compliance with relevant laws, executive orders, directions, and regulations governing mission activities. Functions of the position include: Conduct periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails and makes recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and controls. Coordinate compliance training and initiate changes in procedures due to new or revised regulations. Continuously monitor, research and analyze exiting, proposed and new federal and status statues with respect to their present and future impact upon Agency and company operations. Provide guidance to other departments on the identification and documentation of required actions/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues.

What You Will Need

1. An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph. 2. High School degree-GED TEN (10) or more years' experience evaluating internal controls, supporting regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements for Mission activities within the Intel or National Security environment -OR- Master’s degree with FIVE (5) or more years of relevant experience.

What Would Be Nice To Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred. Strong communication and writing skills. Experience working with executive level stakeholder groups. Working experience in the Intelligence Community and/or Department of War.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
