Guidehouse is seeking a compliance and controls professional with active TS/SCI clearance to perform evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations. The role involves coordinating training, monitoring statues, and guiding departments on required actions.
The candidate should have 10+ years of related experience or a Master’s with 5+ years, and may hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
Candidate will perform services to ensure compliance with relevant laws, executive orders, directions, and regulations governing mission activities. Functions of the position include: Conduct periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails and makes recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and controls. Coordinate compliance training and initiate changes in procedures due to new or revised regulations. Continuously monitor, research and analyze exiting, proposed and new federal and status statues with respect to their present and future impact upon Agency and company operations. Provide guidance to other departments on the identification and documentation of required actions/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues.
1. An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph. 2. High School degree-GED TEN (10) or more years' experience evaluating internal controls, supporting regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements for Mission activities within the Intel or National Security environment -OR- Master’s degree with FIVE (5) or more years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred. Strong communication and writing skills. Experience working with executive level stakeholder groups. Working experience in the Intelligence Community and/or Department of War.
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
