Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support documentation, analysis, and knowledge management for client-facing projects in Arlington, VA. You will draft SOPs, training materials, and implementation guides while translating complex information into clear guidance for diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in consulting or related fields, with strong writing, presentation development, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, communications, technical writing, business analysis, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience developing presentations, guidance documents, reports, or training materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into cohesive deliverables.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00.

Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
