Qualifications

• Associate degree with 5 years related military experience, or 2 years in MCE research/planning/execution may substitute.
• Graduate of U.S. Military Officer Education System above entry level or advanced NCO courses; ability to formulate and integrate exercise scenarios.
• SOF assignments or equivalent experience in MI, Logistics, Field Artillery, or DoD equivalents.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Serve as a Service Support SME for Mission Command Exercises at SOMTC.
• Develop, integrate, and refine exercise support scenarios and planning inputs.
• Provide expert guidance on service support considerations during exercise design and execution.
• Coordinate with training audiences, planners, and SOF stakeholders to ensure accurate, realistic, and relevant training conditions.
• Contribute to after-action reviews, data collection, and continuous improvement of exercise processes.
• Support research, planning, and operational integration to enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree: 5 years of related military experience OR 2 years of MCE research/planning/execution may substitute.
• Graduate of a U.S. Military Officer Education System course above the entry level--Captain Career Course, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Basic Warrant Officer Course, Warrant Officer Advanced Course, or equivalent--OR graduate of the NCOES Advanced NCO Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course; ability to formulate and integrate exercise scenarios.
• SOF assignment--Special Forces (SF), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation (SOA), or Special Mission units--OR service in Military Intelligence (MI), Logistics Corps, Field Artillery, or DoW equivalent.
