Qualifications

• Operational experience as a Pilot or CSO/NFO of USAF, USN, USMC 4th or 5th generation fighter/bomber aircraft or RPAs.
• Strong ownership and mission-focused mindset; ensure product meets end customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test data and diagnose system behaviors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; organized and detail-oriented.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration to meet milestones

Responsabilités

• Develop Mission Autonomy products for Group 5 air vehicles.
• Drive product development lifecycle from requirements to fielding.
• Define roadmaps and manage engineering risk.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and BD to evaluate trades.
• Develop autonomy behavior and implement requirements.
• Coordinate with software/hardware/test/program management to define tests.
• Plan and analyze autonomy tests in simulated environments.
• Support BD with customer briefings and demos.
• Maintain presentation templates for customer briefs
