Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an experienced professional to support Mission Assurance (MA) functions and lead program quality efforts for the Sentinel program. The role requires evaluating designs, requirements, and QA processes to ensure mission success across reviews and product life cycles.

Candidates must hold a BS degree (with 8+ years experience) or a MS degree (with 6+ years experience), be a US citizen with a DoD Secret clearance, and able to obtain enhanced security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances within a reasonable amount of time.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission Assurance functions to ensure mission success.
• Perform technical reviews of Sentinel drawings, SOWs, and requirements documents.
• Perform or assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of Sentinel tasking.
• Provide MA leadership and oversight to critical program reviews including design reviews, test readiness reviews, certifications and sell offs.
• Identify MA and Quality resource requirements to ensure mission success.
• Assist the SEIT Segment lead with all Sentinel Mission Assurance/Program Management requirements.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Sentinel Program Quality Plan.
• Lead/facilitate segment level FRBs and MRBs ensuring root cause and corrective actions.
