Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineer Supplier Mission Assurance – Level 2 to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This 100% onsite position collaborates with program management, engineering, and supplier management to ensure all procurements meet contract requirements and NGMS policies.

The role supports mission assurance across all program phases and may require a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. The job requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or a Master’s with 0

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience, OR Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Familiarity with customer and internal requirements implementation and flow-down.
• Interdepartmental collaboration and communication skills.
• Process improvement projects experience.
• Experience developing and working to an AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Strong technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs.
• Assess program performance and risks and determine resources to ensure mission assurance.
• Perform quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee Supplier Mission Assurance implementation over all program phases.
